yelling-with-silence asked: Different things work for different ppl but maybe some of these will help: write about it a lot. Just get it out as much as you can. And vent to people. Being around people who care about you, who will show you love and compassion. Maybe it isn't healthy, but really trying to not to think about it, at all. Like it doesn't exist. Reminding yourself that you'll find someone better. Listen 2 music a lot. I listened to Bjork a lot, that helped me. Distract yourself. Remember things will get better.
